Namora is a digital property discovery, listing and lead-generation platform focused on Morocco. We provide tools that help users browse property information, save homes, contact relevant listing partners and discover developer listings.

Namora may provide paid business-to-business services to approved developers, agencies, sellers or other listing partners. These may include listing publication, enhanced visibility, promotional placement, lead-generation tools, subscriptions or other clearly described platform services.

Namora is not a property seller, estate agency, broker, legal or financial adviser, lender, payment or escrow provider, or party to any property transaction.

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and remain responsible for activity through your account.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, unlawful conduct, impersonation, harmful content, a security risk or a breach of these Terms.

Listings, images, prices, availability, delivery dates, specifications and location details may be supplied by listing partners. They are for general information and may change without notice.

Confirm all material details directly with the relevant developer, agency, seller or provider before visiting, reserving, paying or transacting.

Namora lets you message developers and other listing partners about their listings. Use messaging only for genuine property enquiries and replies.

Namora is not a party to your conversations. Messages are visible to the person you are writing to and to authorised Namora administrators, who may review conversations for moderation, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and to administer our services. Namora also automatically detects when contact details are shared in a conversation, which helps us administer paid services for listing partners. Sharing contact details is your choice and is not a breach of these Terms. See our Privacy Policy.

We may email you when a message has gone unopened for over an hour.

Never send a deposit, reservation fee or purchase funds because of a message. Namora does not receive or hold buyer payments and cannot recover money you send to another person.

Fees paid by listing partners are for business-to-business platform, placement, promotion, subscription or lead-generation services. They are not commissions on property transactions.

Namora does not receive buyer deposits, reservation fees, purchase funds, property-sale commissions or escrow payments. Negotiations, contracts, payments and transactions are directly between users and third parties.

Before a paid service is activated, its scope, pricing, tax treatment, billing period, renewal, cancellation and relevant lead definition will be shown to the listing partner.

Payment does not guarantee publication, placement, ranking, visibility, traffic, enquiries, lead volume or quality, views, reservations, sales, leases or investment outcomes.

Namora may reject, format, pause, unpublish or remove listings to apply standards, comply with law, address inaccurate content or protect users.

You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, discriminatory or infringing content; scrape at scale; send spam; commit fraud; impersonate others; misuse personal information; interfere with the platform; or gain unauthorised access.

Messaging must not be used to harass, spam or solicit unrelated products or services. We may remove messages, restrict messaging or close accounts that breach these Terms.

Namora’s branding, design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Listing content may belong to the party that supplied it.

We aim to keep Namora useful but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that all content is current. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namora is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from platform use, reliance on listings or dealings with third parties.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Moroccan law, subject to mandatory rules that apply to users in their place of residence.
